Never Been Alone
1. Before I met Jesus, my life was so empty. I searched for peace from the sin I was living in
Even when I was surrounded by worldly pleasures, I was still empty and so all alone
Chorus. Since I took that lonely walk up Calvary’s hill,
He filled the longing that only God’s pure love could fill
When I raised my head up to the cross I looked into the eyes of love
I’ve never been alone since I found Him
2. Now since I took that walk to where I met Jesus
I saw where happiness and the meaning of life began
There on the rugged cross the Savior suffered and died
So that I could come to Him and never be alone
