Deluxe Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (Gluten Free)
Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 cups Krusteaz gluten free flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks real butter, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
3 c. quick or old fashioned gluten free oats
11 oz. pkg dark chocolate covered raisins
1 & 1/2 c chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla in large bowl mixing bowl until creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in oats, raisins and nuts.
Drop onto ungreased baking sheets and bake 9 to 11 minutes.
Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
