It’s A Girl!

Thanking God For Protection

The storm is over and power has been restored.  We are thanking God for His protection from the tornado that came through this evening.  Please say a prayer for the families who have lost their homes.

Tornado Warning

Right now, we're under a tornado warning and all power is off.  This has certainly been a very interesting evening here in Edendale, Alabama :)

Pecan Muffins (gluten free)

1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour 2 cups brown sugar 4 cups chopped pecans 1 & 1/3 cup butter, softened 4 eggs Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar and pecans. Set aside. Beat butter and eggs. Stir in flour mixture. Spray muffin pan generously. Fill each cup 2/3 full. Bake
